What counts as a recording minute?

Time you spend recording, transcribed and rounded up to the nearest 30 seconds. Use your monthly pool to record a brand-new CV or to re-record any single section — there's no minimum charge per draft.

As long as you like across the month — your minutes are pooled. In one sitting, a full CV recording runs up to 15 minutes and a section re-record up to 3 minutes, which is plenty to walk through a role or rewrite a summary. Need more? Just start another session.

How many CVs can I make with my minutes?

Plenty. A typical CV takes only about 10 minutes of talking to record — so even the Individual plan covers all your needs for fresh CVs every month, with quick re-records on top. And once a CV exists, you can store unlimited versions and edit them by hand as much as you like — none of that touches your recording minutes.

Can I make multiple versions of my CV?

Yes — unlimited. Stored CVs, manual edits, template changes, section reordering, and PDF export never count against your limits. You only spend minutes when the AI records for you.

What happens when I run out of minutes?

Editing, restyling, and exporting everything you've made keep working exactly as before. New recordings simply wait until your minutes refresh next month — or upgrade any time for a bigger monthly pool.

Can I use this for clients?

Yes. Pro is built for career coaches, resume writers, and agencies creating many CVs from a single account. (Multi-user collaboration isn't available yet.)
